1. Services are provided on an appointment basis. Customers must book in advance.
2. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash and major credit cards.
3. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
4. We are not responsible for damages to fixtures or landscaping caused by routine work unless negligence is proven.
5. Clients must remove personal items and obstructions from areas prior to services being rendered.
6. Our mosquito and tick repellant services are weather dependent. Rescheduling may be necessary due to inclement weather.
7. Results of our services can vary depending on the specific conditions and maintenance by the client.
8. By accessing our services, clients grant permission for photos of the completed work to be used in marketing materials.
